This longevity series is meant to teach you the art of ease through utilizing support (such as props, the wall, self adjustments).
By utilizing props you will learn how to recenter and realign your bones so your muscles release their habitual movements. This resetting of the bones allows your muscles to shift and stored tension, bodily imbalances and unnecessary pain can be released.
Working with your bones is a kidney dialogue. The best time to work with kidneys is winter when waters rain down. Kidney's are also found in the dark of the dark of the night. This practice will restore your vitality and replenish your energy when you are meant to be resting and not overworking.
